Vaira Kireedam  (Diamond Kireedam)

     A diamond Kireedam worth Rs. 77 Lakhs has been donated by Ramco Enterprises to the temple. The Kireedam is adorned to the deity on Sukla Paksha Sashti in every Tamil month.

Temple Car

There are three wooden cars in the temple and car festival is celebrated.

During the 10th day of Avani and Masi in a grand manner.

During the 6th day of Avani and Masi festival Silver chariot procession is celebrated

Hundi

The donations and offerings received from devotees are one of the main sources of Income for this Temple.

Security arrangements

      The Utsava idols have been registered in the Archeological department. Burglar Alaram has been installed inside the temple for safety purpose. The police officials, retired Ex servicemen and Goorkhas have been employed for security during night. 

General

      394 staff have been employed for the management and supervision of office, ulthurai (Home Department), Choultry and Pannai (Farm Lands). Temple quarters have been allotted to temple staff and Foreign service staff. Separate quarters have been provided to Potries who perform poojas in this temple.
