Vaikasi Visagam  (May - June)

Enormuous devotees numbering about two lakhs will participate in the festival. The procession of Sri Jayanthinathar with Valli and Deivanai is conducted during night.

Avani festival (August – September)

                    Devotees numbering about 2 lakhs will participate in the festival. 

7th Sikappu sathi Festival
8th Pachai Sathi Festival
10th Car Festival
11th Float Mandagapadi Festival

Skanda Sasti festival - 7 days (October - November)

  Devotees numbering about 5 lakhs will participate in the above festival. On this festival occasion devotees fast for all six days. On the sixth day Surasamharam   is  demonstrated.   On  the  7th day Thirukkalyanam to Deivanai is celebrated in a grand manner.

Masi festival – 12 days (February – March) 

More than 3 lakhs people participate in this festival. 
           7th day Sikappu Sathi.
           8th day Pachai Sathi.
          10th day Car festival – (yearly once)
          11th day Floating festival (yearly once)

Vows and offerings

The worshippers who have taken a vow place their offerings during festival and other days. 

     The worshippers undergo severe fast and take Kavadi,  Palkudam, offer Abishekam etc. Golden     Chariot    procession,    Chandana Labanam, Dharabhishegam, Dharahomam are performed  by  worshippers  in  fulfillment of their vows.

        Those devotees who perform the above austerities get relieved of their mental worries; the unmarried are getting married and the childless are begetting children by  the  grace  of Arulmigu Subramania Swamy.
